Deal Concierge is a reactive solution whereby consumers contact TextMiser via SMS text to request deals or discounts on products or services. Companies mark deals and discounts based on industry keywords to their online TextMiser client account, these deals are then transferred via mobile voucher to the consumer's mobile on demand. Mobile vouchers are then redeemed via the companies chosen redemption method.
